Today is National Earth Day #EARTHDAY2020 so today I want to share a little reminder on this topic.

Whatever you do, no matter how small your action may be, just remember that real change occurs from the bottom up and occurs person to person. 

Moving towards a more sustainable lifestyle begins with respect for the environment then ultimately making conscious and profound changes in your everyday way of living. 

However it can be really overwhelming to make the transition and disruptive to our lifestyle making it easy to give up or not be bothered with your efforts.

Whether you recycle, compost your food, reduce purchasing plastics, BYO reusable bags at the shops or simply purchase from a brand who supports an environmental cause, no matter how insignificant your action may seem, it is BETTER THAN NOTHING. 

We don't believe in judgements as it can take years of practice and profound changes to our daily habits to live sustainably so it is important to let go of the idea that you should fit into the perfect label of being "100% environmentally friendly". 

I say..."Do what you can, love what you do, continue to be educated to stay inspired, supported and whatever you do, no matter how small your action may be, YOU CAN MAKE A DIFFERENCE!"

A little more on our eco-friendly initiatives

Last year we made the decision to phase out as many plastics as we can. 

All our products are currently packaged in recyclable and reusable glass. Jar lids, bottle lids and anything that can't usually be recycled can be returned to us via our terracycling program.

Currently our lip balm plastic tubes will be phased out.
