Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon opening your order and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can make it right.
We will verify whether you are entitled to a replacement with new products and provide instructions accordingly. Please include your order confirmation number in the subject line so we can find your order easily and process your request promptly.
We do our best to ship and deliver your order on time and in good condition.

Refund and Exchange policy:
Please note that we will only refund or exchange products purchased from www.zenbotanics.com.au If you have purchased Zen Botanics products from another retailer, you will need to return the product from where it was purchased.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your online purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
How to return products

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item to us. The original shipping costs are non-refundable.
