"This all-natural TLC balm from Zen Botanics will help you with chapped skin, burns, tattoo care and any other skin-related ailment, really!!!"
Although everyone's skin type is different, we all have had our fair share of 'break outs,' here and there! However, coming from my personal experience... I've been using Zen Botanics products for an entire two weeks now and its products have done wonders for me! I love the fact, that Zen Botanics unlike other brands have use natural products, as I know what I'm putting on my skin and I can trust that I won't be putting any parabens, phthalates, mineral oils or synthetic colours and fragrances whatsoever!
Zen Botanics is taking things back to basics. Created by Sydneysider, Annie Lau, the range is made up of natural beauty products that are filled with hydrating oils, plant extracts, healing herbs and certified organic ingredients. The team creates fresh batches as often as possible and uses the best ingredients (and less of them) to make sure you know exactly what you are putting on your skin.
Not only are the products super skin-friendly, but Zen Botanics uses recycled glass and PET plastic packaging, making them as eco-friendly as they are gorgeous...
Firstly, a few words about Zen Botanics they create fresh handcrafted skin care products that are parabens free, synthetic preservative free, alcohol free, sulfate free, artificial fragrance free, petrochemical free, and are tested on their volunteers (No animals harmed! yay!) I am all about no chemical and animal cruelty free products and this one ticks all the boxes.
>I believe that you have to invest in your body not gamble with it to ensure longevity especially with your skin. As harmful chemicals can seep into your bloodstream in 26 seconds from when it first touches your skin...
"I’m pretty open to trying new things. New restaurants, new fashion brands. New beauty products. Try everything once I say, you never know what you’ll discover. When I came across a brand new eco friendly beauty line by the name of Zen Botanics of course I had to put my hand up for a trial. Although I don’t just stick to natural products, I feel so much better within myself when I do use them. Why? Because besides making your skin feel good you’re also using products that do not test on animals, and products that are so natural that you could probably eat them (not that I would)! ....
"I’ve always been a bit of a skincare addict. From my not-quite-acne-but-still-embarrassing teenage years to the present day (better than those early naughties, but still not perfect), I’m constantly looking for new brands to try. My latest source of epidermal excitement comes from Zen Botanics; an all-natural Australian skincare brand that is handcrafted and chock full of pure, wholesome goodness. Their bottles, jars and labels are all recyclable glass and PET plastic, and are of course tested by happy, willing humans — not animals.
As well as being super excellent internally, ZB also do some pretty great work externally, with one dollar of every product sold going to the A21 Campaign; a non-profit organisation fighting human trafficking. Mad props for being such an all-round brilliant company.
Their branding is also pretty darn spiffy!...."
"So you may think I am biased because Annie is a friend. Well actually I was so afraid to try the products because the fear I wouldn't like it! Then - what would I do?! Well I don't have that problem, thankfully because the products are beautiful in quality, they work nicely in my existing skincare routine and surprisingly, I love the packaging. My love for her products started with the Night Therapy Serum. I have been using facial oils for a long time. Organic Argan, Rose Hip, Coconut, Olive, Jojoba oils..."
"Oils are an essential ingredient to natural and organic cosmetics. They often provide a base and essential fatty acids to achieve a great consistency in product and nourish the skin. All oils are not created equal though, so check out my guide below..."
